- Technical data — basic analytics such as device type, anonymized IP, and pages visited (only if you accept analytics cookies).

- To prepare and deliver your Executive Diagnostic report and advisory recommendations.

3. Legal basis & consent

4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share limited information only with vetted service providers that operate under confidentiality and data-protection agreements:
- HubSpot — CRM and client communication.
- Calendly — executive scheduling.
- Supabase — secure, encrypted application infrastructure.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
Some of these providers may store data outside of Canada. Where data crosses borders, comparable safeguards are applied through contractual and technical measures.
5. Security & retention
Personal information is stored in private, encrypted infrastructure with role-based access. We retain information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by Canadian law and professional standards.
6. AI-assisted analysis
Portions of our diagnostic and reporting workflow use AI-assisted scoring and synthesis. Outputs are reviewed by a senior Nexum advisor before any executive recommendation is shared with you. We do not use your data to train third-party general-purpose AI models.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time, request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct or update inaccurate information.
- Withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to legal retention obligations.
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
