Nexum Finance & AI is committed to making our digital experience usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and maintain our website, Executive Diagnostic, and reports to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
1. What we do
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA labelling so screen readers can navigate our site predictably.
- Maintain a colour contrast ratio that meets or exceeds WCAG AA across our dark editorial palette.
- Preserve full keyboard navigation, visible focus indicators, and a “Skip to content” link.
- Provide descriptive alt text for meaningful images and silent decorative attributes for ornamental ones.
- Produce Executive Diagnostic PDFs with selectable text, document language, and a logical reading order.
- Test our forms with assistive technologies and ensure labels, errors, and helper text are programmatically associated.
2. Ongoing review
Accessibility is reviewed at every release. We use automated audits (Lighthouse, axe) in combination with manual keyboard and screen-reader testing. Where a third-party component does not meet our standard, we either replace it or apply remediation.
3. Known limitations
We continuously improve, and there may be areas where full conformance is still in progress — particularly in embedded third-party tools such as the Calendly scheduler. If you encounter a barrier, contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative.
4. Feedback & alternative formats
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our digital experience. You may also request information, diagnostic results, or any deliverable in an alternative format at no additional cost.
